Running and hiking holistically are extremely rewarding activities. But it can prove to be physically and mentally demanding for the unprepared. And although some challenges ask for some serious preparation, most of the ones on this site are very doable and trainable by most people. That doesn’t mean you can breeze through any of them, but there are a few tips and tricks that can make things much easier and efficient for you.
